Yes - they tried but after numerous different attempts still unable to find solution

My Review 

If you need budget reports - stay away from Quicken. Get a more dependable program which although might be as fancy but will still do the work without errors. If reports are what you want this is a worthless program. If you just want a place to keep track of your money then there are less expensive and better programs which do the same thing without the aggravation of errors.
