When you first open Buildium, you see the Dashboard which shows you rental applications that have been submitted, vacant rentals, upcoming lease expirations and maintenance requests. Tabs across the top of the screen take you to sections organized by rental property tasks and information such as Tenants, Accounting, Tasks and more.
