Once Quicken is installed, Quicken will ask you if you want to use Quicken Bill Pay.

The Quicken Bill Pay service will send payment to anyone in the U.S. Payments made with Quicken Bill Pay are automatically entered into the appropriate register in Quicken 2004 or Quicken 2005.

Your version of Quicken may come with a free one-month trial of Quicken Bill Pay. If you choose not to use Bill Pay immediately, click 'Tell me more later' and Quicken will ask you about Bill Pay at a later date. You will probably also find an icon on your Windows Desktop to use the free month offer later.

The Quicken Bill Pay screen will list accounts you can use with Bill Pay if you have used Quicken before and you imported a Quicken data file during the installation. If you want to use Quicken Bill Pay, click 'Yes, I’m interested in paying bills online'

Currently, the Quicken Bill Pay service costs $9.95/month for 20 payments, and $2.49 every 5 payments thereafter.
