Viewing Quicken Account Attachments
Once you create an account attachment, the attachment(s) can be viewed in Quicken as follows:
- Click on the account which you want for view attachments for.
- Click on the Summary tab if this is an investment account, or click on the Overview tab for any other Quicken account type.
- Find the and select the attachment you want to view.
- Click on View.
Viewing Quicken Transaction Attachments
Once you create a transaction attachment, you will see a little icon representing the attachment under the date for that transaction in the Quicken register. This icon looks like a sheet of paper with a paperclip at the top.Transaction attachments can be viewed in Quicken as follows:
- Find the transaction with the associated attachments you want to view in the account register.
- Select this transaction and either:
- Click the image attachment icon below the transaction's date field
- Or click on Edit - Transaction - Attachments.
- In the Transaction Attachment window, use the tabs to select the type of image attachment you want to view (for example, Check, Receipt, or Other).
