1. Check Quicken Online Forums
You can find help for using Quicken in a number of online discussion groups where Quicken users share solutions with one another. When you use an online Quicken help group, start with using the search feature in the group to find out if answers have already been posted for your questions about Quicken.
2. Quicken Support Page
You will find support options on the
Quicken Support Page for each annual release of Quicken for Windows and Quicken for Mac.
Selecting the version of Quicken you need help with on the support site to get a knowledge base with Quicken help topic links. You may find help for your problem with Quicken right away in the Hot Topics list, or you can type a phrase or key words into the Search box near the top of the Quicken support page.

5. Quicken Chat
You can get free help for Quicken with
chat support, every day except around the clock except for Sundays from 1:30 AM to 2:30 AM Pacific time. Using chat over a dial up connection could be frustrating. If you must use dial up to chat with Quicken support, let the support person finish typing before you enter a response.
6. Quicken Phone Support
To speak to a Quicken Support representative by phone, you need to
request a call back. Within 30 minutes, someone will return your call to help you with Quicken.
Call backs are available from 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific time, Monday through Friday. Questions about purchasing or installing Quicken are free, but for other questions, first try another method to get help with Quicken because the call could cost you $25.
