Enter income and expense items that recur over twelve selectable time frequencies, from daily to every other year. When you open You Need A Budget Pro, it will search for scheduled transactions and enter those that have occurred up to the current date. Scheduled transactions are entered in the Register in italics so you know where the transaction came from.
The YNAB Pro Scheduler is great to use for recurring expenses such as mortgage and car payments and monthly or quarterly utility bills. Income that could be scheduled would be salaried paychecks and regular retirement income from social security and retirement investments. The Scheduler simplifies entering each paycheck since you can enter your gross income and all your deductions once and schedule them to be entered into your register at the appropriate time.
