You Need A Budget Pro's Register operates like any checkbook register. Enter your income and expenses in the register, along with the date of the transaction, category and payee. You can also enter notes about transactions in the memo field.

You Need A Budget Pro's Register supports split transactions and creating income and expense categories on the fly. Sorting can be done by any column (date, category, payee, etc.) and filtering transactions by date makes finding older transactions easy.

YNAB Pro Register Difference
While traditional all-in-one personal finance software like Quicken or Microsoft Money has a register for each account, YNAB Pro has just one register which is used to enter each and every financial transaction.
