If you're trying to download transactions from Chase bank in your personal finance software, or you're trying to use Chase Online or Mobile, and it's not working - it's not you or the software, it's Chase. Chase Bank is implementing some enhancements that will cause an interruption to all of their online or mobile services from 11:00 p.m. ET on Friday, November 11 to approximately 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, November 13, 2011.
Quicken, QuickBooks and other personal finance software will be affected. The Chase Mobile outage is scheduled to start late Saturday night (November 12).
Depending on what Chase does with their online banking web site, you may have to re-enter your password to access it through your financial software after this change to get transactions to download without an error message. If you have problems November 13, contact Chase bank for help.

…..aaaaand it’s still out and it’s 8:30PM EST on the 14th. They just keep updating the error message to state a different time that it will be available.
Chase goes off line so often it is really sad. Why can’t they do like everyone else and do their upgrades offline and then just put it up once finished. They kept promising for three days it would come back online. Now they have not updated all of the transactions from last night and it is after 10am Eastern. Just a few minutes ago the entire site was down momentarily again. Chase really SUCKS!!!
Well – its the 16th and adding/verifying a pay-to account is still not working.
Two hours with “support” yesterday – finally got a manager to call me back saying the upgrade was a disaster for money transfers and on-line account management.
NO ETA
I get Unknown Error 50005 when I attempt to enter in the deposit amounts for an account verify.
UNBELIEVABLE
Thurs. 11/17/11 @ 5:55pm. A transfer I made to my account on 11/15/11 am still hasn’t shown up in my account. Have messaged and called them numerous times. They just say are working on it and it will be in the account later. UNACCEPTABLE !!!!
