NEAT Receipts Scanner and Software
NEAT Receipts
Do you need to do some Christmas shopping for a business traveler? Then you need to consider NEAT Receipts to help ease the pain of collecting dates and numbers for expense reports and keeping copies of receipts for that road warrior.

Know someone who needs to keep copies of receipts for tax purposes? They could use NEAT Receipts to conveniently scan their receipts into NEAT Receipts software, then organize the receipts and designate them as tax-related for easy tax reporting later.

Maybe you have a friend (or maybe it's you!) who needs to get personal financial papers organized, like insurance policies, year-end statements and health records. NEAT Receipts is ideal for this as well.

NEAT Receipts is a compact USB scanner with software for organizing receipts and documents, and for financial reporting. The nifty thing about NEAT Receipts is that as receipts are scanned, not only are a digital images created but NEAT Receipts also pulls the date, amount and sales tax data from the receipt and enters it into the software database. From there, the receipts can be organized and stored, and a number of financial and tax reports can be generated.

If you currently use financial software, you can export NEAT Receipts data in OFX and QIF to Microsoft Money and Quicken respectively. NEAT Receipts exports to Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as PDF and HTML.

Read my NEAT Receipts review to find out more about how this nifty gadget and financial software works, and whether you should buy NEAT Receipts for a Christmas gift - or for yourself.

Mhm… I still don’t know why I should spend $230 if I can get the hardware for less than $90 and the sofware for free here .
