What do you think of the help options?
These were great. They're not obtrusive, but you can easily open them inline, or off to the side there are common questions, as you fill in the forms. When you click you aren't taken away to some other page where you have a hard time getting back to where you came from. Hate that.
Did you need to contact customer or tech support?
I did not.
My Review
After using H&R Block for the past several years, which I liked fine, I wanted to try something new as I had read TurboTax was the best. It's hard to pinpoint, but TurboTax really is just the best. You can ignore sections easily that don't apply to you, get definitions without leaving the page of anything you aren't sure about, and it tracks your refund as you go along. The whole thing took me about an hour and I had my fed and state returns approved by the next morning. Fed was free and state was maybe $30.
