I can see the last few payments I've made on each account by just mousing over the account name.

What needs improvement? 

A couple of payment recipients have had trouble finding account numbers in the data sent to them, but I am not sure that's NFCU's fault.

My Review 

I was very, very dubious about online bill pay for many years, especially since we've dealt with identity theft issues more than once. A friend who also banks with Navy Federal told me about his experience with the bill pay service - he travels most summers and needs to be able to pay bills securely no matter where he is. I took his information under consideration and gave the service a try...and it's been wonderful.

The only problem I've had is that I have two bills with different account numbers that go to the same payee, and that payee can't figure out which payment goes to which account. I've had to revert to writing checks for these two bills.

Would you recommend this to a friend?
