What is your favorite feature? 

It's basic and simple to use. That's about all I can say for it in the "good" department.

What needs improvement? 

Everything. It needs more functionality. They need to look at Wells Fargo and copy that.

My Review 

Bank of America OR WA is a loathsome online billpay system. If you want to pay a merchant, you first have to ask permission to add the merchant to your account. Then it takes several days for B/A to add it--that is, if they ever get around to it. Also, there is no way of adding a memo to the bill being paid.
