What is your favorite feature? 

I can pay bills to people who aren't online - I just need their address.

What needs improvement? 

I wish it were more integrated into the banking - it pops a new window which is sometimes blocked by my browser. I'd also like to know what happens when I request a bill be payed to someone offline.

My Review 

It's associated with my credit union and is really easy to use. What I like best is that I can pay bills to just about anyone, as long as I have a mailing address for them. But I wish I knew how long that takes and what they receive. I'm never quite sure when I should submit an offline bill to be sure it gets there in time. So I tend to only use that feature for bills that don't have time limits (or I know the recipient won't charge me a late fee if I'm 5 minutes late).
