Guide Review - Loan Expert Financial Software
LoanExpert's fully-functional 14-day trial is simple to download. LoanExpert is a very straight-forward and easy to use personal finance software application. To get up and running, just load LoanExpert onto your PDA and/or PC and start plugging in numbers. LoanExpert reports on closing costs, fees, total interest and total payments. The amortization table can be sorted in a number of ways to view principal and interest by payment or a running balance of each.
Use the Preferences button at the bottom of LoanExpert's screen to set or change currency symbol, password, escrow calculation assumptions, backup defaults and more. After entering or changing loan data just tap the equal sign next to each variable you want calculated to instantly view the results.
At $24.99 for the PC and PDA versions bundled together, LoanExpert is is priced right. Having used LoanExpert as well as another WakefieldSoft application, I can vouch for their responsive customer service, which is always a plus.
