Guide Review - Finance Software

Cash Organizer 2004 Deluxe by INESoft has a colorful, well-organized interface and tracks and categorizes both business and personal finances separately, making it a great all-around finance software package for the PDA.

Cash Organizer 2004 Deluxe offers nine customizable reports which can be saved, exported to four formats, and printed.

The Cash Organizer 2004 Deluxe Projects module classifies transactions beyond categories to allow for very detailed financial reporting and is integrated with Microsoft Outlook so contacts may be assigned to a transaction.

Cash Organizer 2004 Deluxe uses separate software, MoneySync to synchronize data to MS Money. The documentation for Cash Organizer 2004 Deluxe does not mention being able to export to any version of Quicken at all and notes "synchronization with Quicken coming soon".

Cash Organizer 2004 Deluxe has so many features that it requires quite a learning curve for the casual user. However, this can be remedied by learning to use each module one at a time instead of trying to learn it all at once.
