Selecting 'Show Snapshots Below Calendar' will cause three tabbed snapshots of your financial data to appear below your calendar.
How to show snapshots of your financial data on Quicken's Financial Calendar.

Snapshots on Quicken Financial Calendar

Click on a tab to select a snapshot. Snapshots include:

  • Scheduled Bills & Deposits: Scheduled bills and deposits in a list format. Shows lists of all scheduled overdue, coming due and future bills and deposits by selecting from the following in the drop down box next to Show:
    • All - by Month: bills and deposits listed by date.
    • All - by Bills and Deposits: bills and deposits listed by date
    • Current - by Status: bills and deposits that are overdue, due today and due soon.
    • Current - by Bills and Deposits: separates current bills from deposits and other transactions.

  • Account Balance Graph: Select an account to show an account balance graph for, or select multiple accounts in the drop down box next to Show.
    • Hover your mouse over a graph bar to see balance in dollars for that day.
    • Use the arrows to the left and right of month and year at the top of the calendar to move back or forward by months. The Account Balance Graph changes to reflect the balance for the month you choose. If you choose a future month, you will see the projected balance.

  • Spending Graph: See spending by category and by payee for the month.
    • Click on Show Full Graph to see a full screen rendition of the Spending Graph on your screen.
    • Click on Customize under the graphs to choose accounts, categories and classes to include in the Spending Graphs.
    • Use the arrows to the left and right of month and year at the top of the calendar to move back or forward by months. The Account Balance Graph changes to reflect the balance for the month you choose. If you choose a future month, you will be told that no data is available since these graphs are based on actual spending.
