File a Tax Extension with TurboTax for Tax Year 2004

You can complete a state extension form in TurboTax for Tax Year 2004, however, some state use the federal Form 4868 and do not require a separate extensions. If it is required, TurboTax will have the state extension from under State Taxes >> Other Forms, but it is best to check with your state’s department of revenue to find out whether or not a state extension is required.
