TurboTax Support
Very easy to navigate, with six support topics and well-organized subtopics on using TurboTax and income tax preparation. There is also a search box at the top of the page and I found a decent list of possible answers for every search I tried. TurboTax customers can also ask a question in TurboTax Live Community.
TaxCut Support
Easy to navigate and well-organized with five main support topics with answers to a variety of questions under each topic. Click on More Information to get to expanded support topics. TaxCut Support pages could be refined so fewer clicks are required to find an answer. There is a search box at the top of the TaxCut support page, but none of my searches returned results. If you do not find help using the TaxCut support links or search, call or use online chat to get free help.
