While Stocktickr says each page has it's own RSS feed, I found I could not take that too literally. The only place I could find the orange RSS icon was at the bottom of pages for tags and in My Stocks in Stocktickr but not pages for individual stocks. This makes sense, however, it is something for the literal thinker to be aware of. You can use RSS to follow stocks associated with tags you like by clicking on the orange RSS icon to add that RSS link to your favorite news reader to track activity on that tag.
You can set email alerts for stocks in your Stocktickr portfolio. Set alerts for when a stock's closes above or below a set price, or when it hits a new 52-week high or low. Stocktickr email alerts are useful for stocks you are interested in but not at the price they are currently trading at.
