- Create a Home account in Microsoft Money with value being the selling price minus the downpayment.
- Record a transfer in the amount of the downpayment to the Home account from the cash account used to make the payment. The balance of the Home account in Micrsoft Money will now equal the selling price.
- Create a new Microsoft Money loan account and associate the loan account with the Home account.
