If you haven't entered any reminders, click on Add Reminder in Quicken Medical Expense Manager. Type what the reminder is for in Subject (i.e. Doctor Appointment) then select who the reminder is for and the date to be reminded on. Do this for each reminder you need entered.
You will see the Quicken Medical Expense Manager icon in the Windows Taskbar. Right click on this icon to see your reminders or to start Quicken Medical Expense Manager.
If you do not see the icon in the taskbar, restart your computer and, if needed, log in to be able to use reminders.
