The Form Copy Field

You will see Form Copy below Tax Form and Form Line. Form Copy is used when you have more than one copy of a tax form, such as a W-2, and you want to show this in your Microsoft Money tax reporting. The Form Copy field is grayed out and cannot be used unless the selected tax form is one that could conceivably have more than one copy.

If you do select a tax form which could have more than one copy and you want to note this, enter the copy number in the Form Copy field. For example, if you want your secondary income to go on a second copy of your W-2, type 2 in the Form copy box.
