Choose the File Format You Wish to Send

• Mail Recipient: Opens your email program with the file attached as a text file.
• Mail Recipient (with XML data): Opens your email program with an XML file attachment.
• Mail Recipient (with CSV data): Opens your email program with the file attached as a CSV file.
• Desktop: Sends all the file in all three formats from Microsoft Money to your desktop, where you can choose the appropriate file to send as an email attachment or import into a software application.

• Switch to Advanced Reports in Microsoft Money
• Choose the Report to Email
• Choose the File Format You Wish to Send
• Send the Report from Microsoft Money
