I recently finished up my review of H&R Block At Home tax software, and was impressed by the line up of mobile apps. I'll be writing more about the mobile tax prep apps soon, as for the desktop and online tax software, it works well, but the Help Center search was wonky for me where it had been improved last year.
There are still many compelling reasons for considering this tax software, including the real time chat with a tax pro for answering your questions (read the review to determine how to find this feature) and the real, human representation and help if you're audited by the IRS ( not offered by other tax software unless you pay extra).
