Moneydance recently announced a new version of the popular personal finance software for Windows, Mac and Linux. I haven't tried Moneydance 2011 myself yet, but the developer says that the software will look familiar to current users, but is even easier to use and customize, and includes some excellent new features.
Among the new features are direct data import from Quicken Essentials for Mac (I think this is a first for any software) and improvements to reports and multiple currency support. Another improvement that I am looking forward to testing is instant access to banking websites without leaving Moneydance.
Moneydance 2011 has a free trial demo, free upgrade to Moneydance 2010 users, and a half price discount to those who are using earlier versions. Never used Moneydance? Get 20% off by "liking" Moneydance on Facebook or mentioning @moneydance on Twitter.
