PayMo Time Tracker

Friday January 9, 2009
PayMo is a web-based, subscription service for employee timesheets and for tracking time spent on projects. Not only does PayMo help with tracking labor costs, you can also generate editable invoices on the fly. It looks like PayMo has decent reporting capabilities as well.

Since PayMo is an online application, it works with Mac, Linux and Windows systems. There is a desktop client for Windows and Mac, and Paymo2Go is a PayMo version for mobile phones (Yahoo! account required for PayMo2Go).

PayMo is free for up to three employees, so independent contractor/self-employed types should check it out. If you have more than three employees, PayMo costs $3.99 per month per employee. Have 30 or more employees who need to track their time? A flat rate of $150 a month lets an unlimited number of employees use PayMo.

PayMo says on the web page that explains pricing: We know you're expecting some advanced pricing structure laid out using complicated and colorful tables on this page. We're not like that.

Thanks, it’s just what i’ve been waiting for. It’s very comfortable using the desktop tray app and i can use it from any computer. Looks like it works offline too, though i did not try it yet.

Be careful. Paymo has bugs, the service lost two days of my hours. Very frustrating, I now have no way of honestly billing that work.
