Getting Help with Quicken 2009

There is more than one way to get help in Quicken 2009 - even options that do not require an Internet connection. OK, so most people do have an Internet connection these days, but networks go down, some places still only have excruciatingly slow dial-up, and sometimes a cable gets cut because it runs under a garden and the gardener divides plants with a very sharp shovel. That last example is me as the gardener.
