Switching from PC to Mac and Personal Finance Software

Sunday January 4, 2009
A blogger going by ALNV on Ditch My Debt is switching from a PC to a Mac and needs to find personal finance software for Mac. ALNV could not quite get into the groove with Microsoft Money and found Quicken for Mac to be pathetic after using the PC version (Quicken for Windows has more features than Quicken for Mac).

So, ALNV is giving Moneydance a shot. ALNV noticed something about Moneydance that I did: Moneydance has a few glitches - as just about all financial software does - but Moneydance has an active online forum to get answers, and the developers actually fix bugs that users find.

Read more about ALNV's observations on the Ditch My Debt blog, and check out my Moneydance review.

Moneydance runs on Windows, Mac, Linux and a few other operating systems.
