I have been using Buildium since March and I love it. It is an excellent tool. The staff is extremely responsive to my needs and has given me everything I asked for as far as changes/modifications. I highly recommend Buildium.

I think that I’ve tried every property management tool, software, online services out there and buildium has been the best by far.
