Weekly Definition: Locked Transactions

The definition this week is Locked Transactions, which is a feature used by Quicken to avoid overwriting memorized transactions. Locked transactions are optional in Quicken, you only use them on memorized transactions that, for the most part, you want to remain unchanged.
